Projects include joint venture partnership syndications, private mortgages and private investment corporations.
Has spend time on several private boards of real estate, private equity and veterinary operating companies.

With decades of experience in the real estate industry, Mike is experienced in the acquisition and management of retail, class “A” office, industrial properties, and film studios projects having worked for an institutional money manager for several major pension fund clients for 14 years.
Projects include repositioning a 1.2 M square feet of class A office complex, redevelopment of luxury Bloor Street West retail space, brown field development work, working with film production streaming services and brick and beam buildings in Liberty Village.
Mike is a science graduate of the University of Guelph, University of Toronto MBA program, a Certified Public Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst, with a detailed understanding of investment strategies and macro economic views.

Vivienne has over 40 years experience in the commercial real estate field having worked for several of the regions largest developers and pension fund advisors.
Vivienne is responsible for lease administration, common area operating budgets and accounting for the group, as well as customer service.
With a long history in real estate experience, including experiencing several boom and bust cycles.

Fanes is responsible for daily operations of buildings and construction project management.
Fanes has an educational back ground in mechanical engineering and building sciences from Seneca College and project management from University of Toronto.
Experienced in design and construction, capital planning and project execution for the last 10 years.
With a strong sense of service and quality, he is here to ensure the customer experience is the best possible every day.
